Upcoming Events

1. Saturday July 4th – Where: City Park at the 14th and Poyntz corner.
When: July 4th at 12pm
What: We will be having free hotdogs for all who attend and our speakers will begin at 1pm. We will be dedicating and planting a new tree at the park. It will be Manhattan’s Liberty Tree. We will have great speakers as well as some activities for everyone attending to take part in.

Please help us spread the word by emailing every one you know. Tell everyone to come to this Tea Party on Independence Day.

Let’s remind ourselves, and our fellow Americans, that Independence Day means independence from tyranny and arbitrary government. Let’s all remember that the Founding Fathers were risking their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to secure our rights as individuals. Now is the time to stand up and not allow those rights to disappear through inaction and apathy.

2. Booth at the Riley County Fair

3. Tea Party in Washington DC on September 12th.

Sadly, we missed the recent presentation at the Union. Please post photos! I am eager for a group meeting, also. Have you heard of the Green Valley Community Center? It is a good meeting place, with very reasonable rates. POC is Sonny Redding of Manhattan.

I want to know as well. There are new outrages happening on an almost daily basis which must be attended to.

are there any groups that meet regularly in the manhattan kansas area that I can join to help with this fight. There are so many issues that are evolving since this new administration has begun. Gun Bill, Cap Trade, Obamacare, the list goes on and on. I want to be an active activist. We need to meet organize and be seen. Where are we meeting actively????

I’m not seeing any recent updates. Is the Independence Day Tea Party still on? I’m not seeing it advertised in the usual places. Thanks to everyone that organizes these events!

May 19th! I’ll try to be there, but there’s a chance my job will have me out of town that day.

I just found out about this website. Are you advertising it? It’d be great to get discussions going here. How many people are tuned in?

Matt, Thank you for your efforts, patriotism and energy. I hope to participate in all planned events. If there is anything I can do to support our grassroots movement on this local level, I will… May God protect us and may He bless America.

I think the tea party was very well done and I hope spendaholic reps got the message. I was glad to see conservatives en masse from all walks of life. I will be interested to see the results of the next election season.
